Vendor Forms and Applications

The Lago Vista Farmers Market is about good food and good fun on the North Shore of Lake Travis!  The goal of the market is to provide an opportunity for local producers and the community to meet in a family friendly environment

Please review our market rules.  Although we would love to invite everyone, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.  Please review all requirements to become a vendor, including Texas Department of Agriculture, The Cottage Food Law, local permits, and rules regarding organic and natural food.  Then complete the forms and applications.  We will contact you within 7 days of your submission.

We currently have space for 32 vendors.  17 spaces are reserved for vendors bringing in large loads or who require refrigeration.  15 spaces are for non-food artisans, food cottage producers and smaller goods.   Weekly space rental is $50 for one space with 10 feet of frontage.  We do not have access to electricity at this time.  However, restrooms are available.

All vendors selling food, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, and baked foods, canned foods and cereals, including Cottage Food businesses must obtain a permit annually from the City Of Lago Vista.  To download the permit, please click here.

If you are a mobile food vendor, you will also need a permit from the Lago Vista Police Department.  To download the permit, click here.
