Lago Vista, Texas is a beautiful gem on the north shore of Lake Travis. As a growing community, we are pleased that we have the opportunity to bring good food, and good fun every Friday afternoon to our residents and our visitors.
We are committed to promoting small farms and artisans in our area. We are equally committed to sustaining our environment and protecting our lake and the surrounding area. The water that flows through provides water for millions of Texas residents, farms and ranches along the rugged shores. Bordered by the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, we are the nearby custodians of land preserved for endangered species , hiking, bird-watching, and prolific wildlife. To say we are blessed is an understatement. As many of us say, welcome to our paradise!
A few things to know. We are a grassroots locally owned business with a passion for good, healthy foods and for our community. Each week we will be collecting donations for area food banks and animal welfare groups in our area. Although they need food, all of these groups also need things like disposable diapers and personal hygiene products for the people and clean used bath towels for cages, cat litter and paper towels for the animals. Check the links page for more information.
